My husband will be travelling to Japan in the next couple of weeks.

He has been there before and with the assistance of a translator,
tried to stay gluten-free. (Seems the soy sauce over there has wheat
in it too). He can only tolerate so much Plain rice and raw
     seafood...

Does anyone know where we can get a copy of the "restaurant card" in
Japanese? Something that would say exactly what he cannot have? Or
do we have any Japanese celiacs who could send me something directly?
     [log in to unmask]

     Any assistance is greatly appreciated!!!!

     Thank you in advance.
