Ron:
I've changed nothing in my Outlook program, and this all started today.
If anyone can tell me how to get to the option for changing the message
headers in Outlook 2010, I'll make sure I'm on the normal setting.
I have looked, and can't find the option so far.

Hi Tom,
Using Outlook 2010, try changing your headers from full to normal. I am not
sure where that would be under the menus, but look around. I know that 2010
uses the ribbon, so good luck, but I'm sure that in your particular case,
the junk at the top of your messages is not the list but your header
settings.
