I agree that Dr. Garner should be responsible for the appearance of the
document he submitted just as he should be responsible for his onw
appearance when he used the execuse "I am a blind". What Dr. Garner did
really lost the face of our blind people in front of sighted colleagues as
they might mistakenly think that a blind person can not manage formatting
a piece of document. How can blind people get equal respect in our
society?
