Here's a follow-up question on downloading PDF using MSWord:
 If I download a "fillable form PDF" am I able to fill out the form
appropriately enough to return it completed to the sender?  I've
noticed that registrations and various account change requests are
using PDF fillable forms and they are not accessible in many
instances.
