I sometime have a problem like the one Harry describes, where Jaws may
speak a couple of words on boot, then stop talking.
This tends to happen when I boot up after I've closed the computer
before a complete shut-down, or it happens after an update. Lately, I've
been getting an account sign-in error (i.e., the laptop tells me I
should change my password because there's a problem with my Microsoft
account). I reboot without changing anything, and Harry's error happens.
For me, it's not new to the Windows 10 April 2018 update. I know I had
it with Fall Creators, and I may have had it with the first creators update.
I'm not sure if the problem is Microsoft or Jaws. Most of the time, not
always, I can bring up Narrator.
