I'm not sure why you need Firefox to read a web page, even if it's the
help information for Thunderbird, but either way, for reading pages,
it's going to work just like Internet Explorer or Chrome. I'm not sure
what browser and screen reader you're familiar with. Use F6 to get
around the different areas of the browser just like you do with the
other browsers. Use control+l to get to the launch bar and control+o to
open a file on your hard drive.
