The Office clipboard works like the Windows clipboard: only one thing 
gets pasted to it at a time.


The exception isĀ  when you have the Office clipboard open as you work. 
If the Office clipboard is open, then whatever you copy to it gets 
added, and you can choose any of the text strings when it's time to 
paste. I don't do this very often, so I have to do some Googling every 
time. I believe you open the Office clipboard in the Home tab of the 
menus, and I believe you get to it with F6, but I'm not positive.
