Ana is right, that's an easy way to dump or override the data on the
Windows clipboard. One can build a system file that will clear that
clipboarrd but it requires some skill. It is important to remember
though that you may have two clipboards; the Windows and the Office
clipboard. In versions of Office back to 2007 the office clipboard can
handle many items. Clearing it is a different process and I forget how
it is found, maybe in the context menu?
