I called zte yesterday and I had a very nice conversation with a rep he
was very receptive to my needs and very opend to my fedback regarding
inprovments to talk back and the phone in general.  I told him that my
dura xv phone reads more than the cymble does.  I was wrong about the fm
radio not being in stereo.  It is only in stereo for the most strongest
stations and I have to move the phone to find the best possion.  The
frequencies are not spoken. My alcatel phone did read the frequencies.
This phone has frequency range 2 options 1 87.5-108 and 77-90   At least
zte is very opend and receptive to our needs but alcatel is not.  When I
called them they did not care about accessability at all.   I will keep
you all informed about any updates and if talk back reads more then it
now does.
