if the person who will listen to your computer remotely, is using Jaws
as well, the sound he or she is receiving from you might be lowered by
the local version of Jaws through audio ducking.

Best,

I find the volume for JAWS is very faint. I have looked through all of the audio settings on my computer including settings in the JAWS Settings Center. I called Freedom Scientific and the technician mentioned audio ducking. I don't know what that has to do with JAWS volume as the whole point of audio ducking is to lower the volume of other sounds when JAWS is speaking. Obviously the technician wasn't listening when I explained my problem. Does anyone have any ideas?
