hi guys it is me becky h. I am trying to do what dave is saying. I am 
in tablit mode and because of that I can't get my start menu to come 
up. you see it is stuck and I tryed the 2 combos windows with the tab 
key and windows with the a key. both of them don't work. now I am at a 
loss because I am doing what the group members are telling me to do. 
here is what I am using system access and windows 10. here is my number
