Hi all,
Eloq, is indeed the Eloquence speech software for Jaws!
I found that confirmation out, by pressing insert j, then, down arrowing 
to utilities submenu, then right arrowing once, then, down arrowing to 
and clicking on synthasizer and braille manager.
Then, a tree view opens, and you'll hear it say synthasizers closed.
Then, right arrow 1 time, and it will open the synthasizer menu.
Then, down arrow to Eloquence software.
Then, press tab, and you can use the up arrow key to read what's there, 
and it will confirm Eloq, which is the speech driver for Jaws!
