Hi George,
I find I have to press enter on the folder name and then tab once to the list of files. Hope this helps.

Subject: [VICUG-L] Win10 Folders
Hola!
I am using JAWS 17.002 with an ASSUSS Win10 NetBook and am having some difficulty within Folders, as explained below:
I have an external hard drive with multiple Folders consisting mainly of music, dramas, movies, television programs, etc. These Folders have multiple sub-Folders with multiple sub-Folders. Most of these Folders are indicated as Closed, or Open (as the case may be) and I can drill down into them until I reach the bottom most Folder, then I cannot drill down to the individual Files.
However, there are 2 Folders (the most used ones, of course) that are not indicated as either Closed, or Open, so I cannot drill down into their sub-Folders. Though, I can play the entire huge Folders using WinAmp (and other players), so there is still indeed music within them.
Any thoughts, suggestions, or guidance as to how to rectify this situation?
Much appreciated than thanks.
