Hi Steve,

Yes, I found the same page.  When I clicked on the eSSENTIAL website,
the page it took me to appeared to be a link to some other type of
screen reader.  I figured Greyhound intended that message for people
who were having trouble but who don't yet have a screen reader.
Troublesome indeed.
