The Blocked Senders tool was a welcome addition to the email
programs
that ship with Windows. It worked! Sometimes, it worked too well. The
biggest problem people had with it was blocking people they didn’t mean
to block.
Oops.
Here’s how to unblock an accidentally blocked sender in Windows Live
Mail and Windows Mail:

1. Get to Junk E-Mail Options.

• In Windows Live Mail, choose Actions→Junk E-Mail→Safety Options. You
may have to press the F10 key to expose the Actions menu.
• In Windows Mail, choose Tools→Junk E-Mail Options.

2. Click the Blocked Senders tab.
3. Select the user you want to unblock.
Users are listed only by email address, so it helps to know their addresses.
4. Click the Remove button.
5. Click OK.
