...but I tried an experiment with the Porkchop recipe in the Neanderthin
book this weekend. Instead of pork I used chicken wings. Turned out pretty
good and the chicken just fell off the bones. I think it would work great
with chicken breasts since white meat tends to be so dry. I am going to try
it next with stew meat.
