John, thanks that is where I am stuck right now. I cant find any documentation as to which DIN jack has the PTT and which has the audio. The labels don't give any hints.

Hi Frank, I am not familiar with those cables, but the one with 2 3.5 MM jacks are your audio in and out, wich would plug in to your soundcard, line-in and audio out.  The other cable with the DB9 connector is for push to talk.  The cable must have the interface already in it, as that is what you need from the db9 to key your ptt.  You need to find out wich din connector has the audio signals on it, and wich one has the ptt connection.  Hope this helps!
