Hi everyone,

I recently hosted a screening of the Celiac Project in my town and EVERYONE loved it! It was so educational, relatable, and worth the time and money. I (as well as many others) bought a copy to share with family.

Dr. Fasano, Dr. Green and other noteable doctors are in this. Including some bloggers, nutritionists, and people in general who were diagnosed with Celiac.

It also follows the filmmaker's nephews as they are tested for Celiac.

I highly recommend hosting a show in your town or at least buying a copy. I worked with my support group to put on the showing in NC. Which was the 5th showing in the country, first on the East Coast. This is a great way to educate those who don't understand, won't get tested, or don't believe the cross contamination information. I'm not saying this will change their minds, mind you! But this is coming from specialists. So perhaps it will help.

Michael and Ellen Froleichstein funded this project through crowd-funding. I'd love to see this be a big success for them and help them do another one.
