Subject:	unable to sign up for a blind mice mart account

I have never been able to sign up for a blind mice mart account and I 
just tried to do so but no go.  I fill in everything but when I try to 
log in it does not log me in.  I want to access the dvs movie volt but I 
can't sign up for an account.  There are no erros so it is not telling 
me what I am doing wrong.  I have tried all major brousers and no go.
