Hi, everyone.

I recently needed to access a 32-page PDF document that was e-mailed to
me. Acrobat Reader DC said it was an empty document. So I sent it to the
Freedom Import printer, and it converted the text into OpenBook 9. But
the document ended up being only 14 pages long, and a lot of the text
naturally was missing. Why did I only get 14 pages from this document?
Acrobat Reader DC correctly detected it was a 32-page document when it
tried to convert the text, so I'm guessing a setting in the Freedom
Import printer isn't correct. Has anyone ever experienced this problem?

Thanks for any assistance any of you can provide.

Rachel
