Greetings,

An easier method is highlight the file in the folder you want to send a link
for, press applications key which opens the context menu, then press l, link
is copied into your clipboard, close menu go into the message and use ctrl-v
to paste link into post.

remember, if you are sending an audio file, to ensure it does not play when
recippient receives and activates the link, put the characters question
mark, lower case letters d and l, the equals sign and the figure 1
immediately following the .mp3 or .wav or .wma or .occ extention at the end
of the link. Some people, for reasons beyond me, when accessing audio files
from links, they start playing instead of downloading as they usually
desire, this string will stop this and allow choice.

When receiving a link, sometimes at the end, especially if a link for a
folder rather than a file, the characters question mark, letters in lower
case d and l, the equals sign and the digit zero appears. I do not know the
signifficance of this but certainly when at the end of a link for a folder,
it enables the whole folder to be saved either to your system or to your
DropBox account.

This happens on both my machines on which I use FireFox, on my downstairs
laptop I still have windowsXP Home Jaws V10 and on my upstairs desktop, I
believe I have windows7 64-bit home premium and know for certain, Jaws V14.
