Sherry,

I'm not technical, but I think the tunnel adapter issue is separate from
the keyboard issue.

I found the following link from Googling the name of the adapter:
http://appuals.com/microsoft-teredo-tunneling-adapter/

About the keyboard issue, I found a thread in a discussion forum. the
user discovered his keyboard thought the control key was stuck and went
into safe mode to fix the problem. the solution wasn't described very
specifically, so I'm not posting the link. I would try connecting a
keyboard to the laptop. If that works, I would go into the control panel
and into hardware and devices to run the troubleshooting tool.

finally, When I got my Lenovo desktop, it had some odd behavior here and
there. Eventually, I went to the Lenovo website by Googling my model
number and the word download drivers. I don't remember if the site ran a
diagnostic or if I just downloaded all the drivers that matched my model
number. anyway, I updated the drivers, and all the little hiccups went away.

Not sure if this helps.

Ciao
