I do tap twice on the shutdown from the phone then goes to gray and black then turns itself back on again I also have tried holding down the power switch until it goes to black but when I let up on the power switch the Apple logo appears in the phone turns on again this happens whether the phone is plugged into the wall outlet to charge it
