7-Zip was perfectly accessible when I used it last.

Windows has support built into it to handle zip files, both compressing 
and uncompressing, so you may not need anything. The advantage to 7-Zip 
over the Windows native support is that it's faster, supports more 
compression formats and has some nice feature like being able to unzip 
multiple files simultaneously.
