What do you mean when you say you can't read? Do you mean you're blind?
Orca is a screen reader for the graphical desktop in Linux. Speakup is a
screen reader that works in Linux's text command line console.
Vinux is a good distribution that's based on Ubuntu and will come up
talking out of the box. You'll even have speech during installation. The
