There is a voice board for the TS-440. It's not the same one as the 450 but 
there is one for it. I've had a couple of those radios and it seems like 
almost everyone in the club I do field day with has one, usually that's all 
the field day site has is TS-440s. Not a bad radio and that price is great 
too, if I had the money I'd buy it. I've also bought from that seller before 
and he's a great person to do business with.

Take care, I believe the TS440 does NOT accept the voice module but the
TS450 does.
Hope I'm wrong but check first.
