I would say you're not going to find a radio that does both bands in one 
radio but if you do it would be for a price that few could afford. I don't 
know how accessible they are but being commercial radios, most likely 
they're made to be simple because you never know who might be using them. I 
find that most commercial radios aren't too bad since they're limited in 
function and you don't care much about menus because you have to hook up to 
the computer for everything else anyway there's not much in the menu you 
need to change regularly.

Are there any radios available which have at least reasonable accessibility
