Harry,
If you have an Android device, you can launch apps, like Supersense, by
telling the Google Assistant to open it.
I don't know who was holding the phone when you were testing the app. I
just point out that how you point the camera affects the results. If
your computer guru was holding the phone, his results would be better
than yours because he's pointing and focusing correctly.
