My experience is that fillable PDFs can only be filled out in Acrobat 
Reader. When I've tried opening them in Word, a lot of the fillable 
parts don't display correctly in Word, even when they appear to have 
been created correctly in Adobe.


Fillable PDF forms are frustrating. Mileage definitely varies. Even when 
the forms are done right, which is not very often, filling them out in 
Adobe is slow and clunky.
