Hi all,

I'm using Windows 10.  When I try to copy or delete a file from a folder I
get a pop up saying something about admin rights required & I have to click
continue to proceed.  This happened when I first got this computer then
stopped & now is back.  How do I get rid of these messages?  And what is the
point since all one has to do is click continue to do the delete or copy?
