Removing Drive from List in Windows Explorer

I am trying to save a worksheet generated by a website in Excel.  When I created the spreadsheet, select file, save as, browse, and then navigate to my documents, I get an error message stating that I can't save there.  When i look at the list of drives in Windows Explorer, Windows keeps defaulting to our SharePoint site which I don't use.  Is there a way I can remove this drive from Windows Explorer?
