Can you give us a little more detail about what exactly you're trying to do and what you hear? What windows version are you using? What version of NVDA?

windows seems to be causing alot of problems yesterday I posted about my 
thunderbird issues and now today I have no menus in my nvda when I press 
incert n all that I hear is nothing but letters like rrtthhppxxwwaa 
thats all I get windows 10 is the worst windows ever made.
