WindowsKey-T, tab twice to SYSTRAY and press the letter "s", until you hear 
"safely remove ...", will also get you there.

Generally you can find this tool in the System Tray. You can access the System 
Tray by pressing Windows-B, or Insert-F11 if you use JAWS.
