Hi Keith and other blind hams:
I  am not a  ham but my husband is k2qwq
and offers the following suggestion:
"My first thought is contact the ARRL for suggestions as to who might
have the study guides on audio.
The league may also be able from membership lists to locate active
hams nearby to those wishing to be licensed. There is a very long
tradition of "Elmering", that is those already licensed for some time
to assist people wishing to enter the world of Amateur Radio."
