When I sign into my Audible account and go to the library, I get the
message, "Press pass key through followed by space."

I have tried pressing the enter key a few times, and sometimes this
takes me to the library, but, more often than not, I am totally stuck,
and do not know what thiss "ass through key" message means.

I have even phoned Audible tech support, but no help there.

Can someone solve this mystery?
