Hi All,


I have a new Windows 10 desktop. I set up Skype. When I call people, 
they hear my screen reader loud and clear, but they tell me my voice is 
very quiet.


I remember having this problem a couple of years ago when I set up Skype 
on a new computer. the problem was solved when I changed one setting, 
but I don't remember whether that setting was in Windows' Hardware and 
Sound or somewhere in Skype.


Does anyone know what I need to do? I'm Googling, but nothing is jumping 
out at me as being appropriate.
