Harry,

I have the feeling you can't uninstall the apps you mention because 
they're baked into the Windows version, like the preinstalled apps on a 
smart phone that can't be removed.

Btw, Groove Music is my default music player. While I haven't done a lot 
with it, it seems accessible.
