Ana,
What an interesting problem. Does Dropbox show up in the list of 
programs under "Programs or Features" or whatever it's called in Windows 
10. I'm referring to the list of programs which you'd normally access to 
remove or modify a program.
Also, is it listed in the "program files x86" folder off of the main 
directory on drive c?
