I didn't really pay attention to the clickable links thread, but then, lo
and behold, I came across a site tonight that had bunches of clickable
links, and at first I had some trouble activating them. What worked for
me, using IE 11 and JAWS 15, was to activate the JAWS cursor, rout JAWS
cursor to virtual cursor, do a left mouse click, activate virtual cursor,
then hit enter on the link. It didn't do a page transition, but
additional text appeared below the link.

Hope that helps.
