Mike:

Once we find the unlabeled graphic all contacts button, can you tell me how
to label it with Jaws for future reference?

I'm using Jaws 16 and Windows 7 here.

On all of the contest software, the "View all contacts" button is an
unlabeled graphic.

You will need to get Sue, or someone with sight, to help you find the right
button.

With Jaws, and I believe WindowEyes too, you can then label that graphic if
you want too.
