create community, engage in authentic behavior, share common values
and a common language and make seven specific cultural commitments:
Commitment to Nonviolence, Commitment to Emotional Intelligence,
Commitment to Social Learning, Commitment to Open Communication,
Commitment to Democracy, Commitment to Social Responsibility and
Commitment to Growth and Change (Bloom, 2005, 2007b).
