Hello, everyone.

I remember asking for help re this problem before, but now I don't 
remember what to do.  Something happened with my Thunderbird that makes 
newly-received messages show up as read instead of unread. I like seeing 
the number of new messages that I get; but when those messages are 
considered read by Thunderbird, you don't see that number.  How do I fix 
this problem?
