Ron,

Like Steve, I bought something off their website several months ago and
didn't have any problems.  I also use JAWS.  They could have changed some
things on their site since then though.

I've bought from them a few times, although the last time was around the 
first of the year.   I don't recall having any problems.  I use JAWS.

Always possible things  have changed.
