David & all,
Converting the pdf to txt with the linux pdf2text facility gets a single
long collumn
of cities under each band. useless.

Asked my sighted wife Sue, NY6D to discribe the chart.

There are colored lines which obviously are graphic and couldn't be
converted to text that apparrently show times between any two cities
when propagation is good or poor..

Looks like it would be a hard and tedious job to make it accessible and a
pain to read even if, for example the colored lines were replaced with text
characters.
