Hi all,
Thanks to Dennis, I was given a web page, about how to unlock my number,
now, to get it ported over to my cell phone, and I sure appreciate him
finding it!
I don't have a problem with Google's lack of accessibility, that's not
what the problem is, and I should have said that, in my email.
Because even sighted people get very angry at Google, I can introduce a
bunch of them to you if you want.
I got a friend, who's been in computers since 1980, and it takes him an
hour and a half to get anything done on the Google web site, it's like a
continual loop over there, he just kept going around and around in a
loop, to the same pages, over and over again.
If I ran a company, (which I don't), but if I did, no matter how big the
company were to get, I would say to my employees, "you will answer every
phone call, and we will have phone numbers people can call, to ask any
question, if they get into a problem on the web site, and, you will take
all the time each person needs on every call. We will not be
unreachable, by any human being, and, if the person is having a problem
doing something in their account, you, do it for them!"
However, I don't run the company.
You don't want to know what my sighted friend said to me when he could
not contact Google, it's not typeable here.
But thanks again to Dennis for the help!
Harry
