It's not a Windows command. For some browsers it's control+l and for at
least one other, it's control+o. As someone else pointed out, F6 and
Shift+F6 will cycle through different objects in the browser, including the
address bar. This is what I always use, and I had to go check to see if
Edgue used control+l or not.
