Ron,

Perhaps MFJ is confused by you calling the buttons programmable which makes 
them think that the mic programs the buttons rather than the Kenwood rigs. 
Just wondering if this is where they are confused.

As was mentioned here, the buttons only work with Kenwood rigs.
