Hi all:

Anyone have any experience with the TYT line of transceivers?
I'm interested in the TH-9000D as a inexpensive mobile/portable 2M solution. I think it covers 136MHZ/174MHz and has an output power of 10, 25 and 45W. I can get it through Amazon up here in Canada for 140 plus taxes and shipping, probably about 190 or so.
I'm not sure if I can get the programming software for the Mac and I don't think it will run on our other PC which is an XP netbook. I might be better to spend a few more bucks on 1 of the big 3 which can be programmed with out computers. I'm thinking of the Yaesu FT-1900R, surprise surprise surprise hey? LOL
