If it is between the 2000 and the 480, then there's really no contest in my opinion.  

The 2000 gives you more features; 6, 2 and 470CM coverage, with about the same level of accessibility from the voice-chip.  

The 480 has the detachable head, if that matters in a confined space or if you want to operate mobile, that would give you more room in the driver's compartment.
