How hard is it to install the VS3 chip into a TS2000? Is it socketed or sol=

Christian, I bought my 2000 last year right after I retired.
I love the radio it is very accessible.
I had good luck with it.
The voice chip does great.

So, at last, I think I will be going for the TS2000. But, just want to hear=
=3D =3D3D some opinions, since I want to have a radio with everything in it=
and t=3D he=3D3D best accessibility experience, this is the one to go for?
